Vehicle information
Features:
Chrysler''s midsize line consists of sedans, convertibles, and coupes. The sedan and convertible share a Chrysler underskin design and use Chrysler powertrains. The coupe takes its platform and powertrains from Mitsubishi''s 2002-2005 Eclipse. The convertible body style is exclusive to the Sebring line, but sedans and coupes have Dodge Stratus counterparts.
All Sebrings offer 4- and 6-cyl engines. A 4-speed automatic is the only transmission. Chrysler''s AutoStick automatic with manual shift gate is available on top-line models. Head-protecting curtain side airbags are optional on sedans, unavailable on the other body styles. Front torso side airbags are optional for coupes. The convertible has no side airbags. ABS and traction control are standard on the Limited convertible and TSi sedan, optional on all other Sebrings except the base coupe. Note that coupe production is scheduled to end during the 2005 model year.
