Features:
Introduced in 1976 as an inexpensive but well-equipped compact car, the Accord has grown considerably in both size and sales. Completely redesigned for 1998, the sixth-generation Accords most noteworthy feature is its interior room enough to put it into the midsize category. In a departure from earlier models, Accord coupes now feature distinctive styling that differentiates them substantially from their sedan brethren. U.S. production of Accords began in Ohio in 1982, and while the majority of Accords sold in the U.S. are built in Ohio, strong demand has resulted in Honda adding production from Japan.
