Hello. Thank you for your interest in our “Lease to Buy” Program. This program is very unique in many ways. There’s NO Credit check for approval. Bad Credit, No Credit, Bankruptcy, it doesn’t matter! It’s easy to qualify with the following.
The Requirements are:
• You must be at least 21 years old.
• Live and maintain a residence within the Metro Detroit area
• Valid Driver’s license
• Proof of income* ($2000 / month min.)
• Proof of residence
• Checking account with a debit card (Visa or MasterCard logo)
• Full Coverage Insurance ($500 Deductable Max.)
The “Lease to Own” Program is a 2 year / 36,000 mile lease which includes a 2 year / 36,000 mile Warranty.
You have the “option to buy” the vehicle at the end or during the lease for a pre- determined discounted amount.
Receive “Free Oil Changes” during the warranty period.
There is no long term commitment. You may have the ability to turn- in your lease early without future obligation after 6 months. You can also trade-in the vehicle after 6 months and lease a new one. 6 to 24 month leases.
If you have credit problems, you can rebuild your credit through our program. We report your payment history to Credit Bureaus. *The payments range from $140 to $232 every two weeks. * (The payments can be lowered with additional money down.)
The Minimum Down Payment requirements are:
• 10% of the selling price
• Plus $300 refundable deposit
• Plus first bi-weekly payment (i.e. $175 - $232 )
• Plus tax, title, doc., & plate fee
