Vehicle information
Features:
This vehicle is displayed in our San Carlos California Showroom (650) 326-1000., This 1969 Ford Mustang convertible is a rare and unique vehicle. Complete with a Deluxe Marti Report verifying the options it was originally equipped with, it is safe to say it will be difficult to find a similar Mustang. This Mustang has been in the possession of the same owner since 1981 and was kept in great condition. One of only 86 convertible Mustangs built in 1969 with a 390 C.I. V8 "S" code engine and a four speed wide ratio manual transmission this Mustang is one of the rare ones on the market. Painted Indian Fire copper over a white vinyl interior this uncommon color combination looks exceptional and was one of only 624 cars manufactured with this paint code. The powerful 390 C.I. V8 was rebuilt under the previous owner and has seen only 30k miles since the rebuild. Other improvements made to the car include the fabrication of power windows form a Cougar, and a shaker hood. With 40+ years of time and the possibility of corrosion and total losses from accidents, it is likely this convertible Mustang is even more rare than the Marti Report suggests. This investment grade pony car is the perfect car for any collection.,
