The 2004 C320 has a 3.2-liter, 18-valve V6 engine with two spark plugs per cylinder, an electronic throttle and a compression ratio of 10 to 1. It boasts a respectable 215 horsepower at 5,700 revolutions per minute (RPM) and over 220 pounds of torque. While it typically requires premium (91 octane) gasoline, its Flexible Fuel version can operate successfully on premium, ethanol (E85) or a blend of both. It's certified as a low emission vehicle and delivers 26 miles to the gallon on the highway. Acceleration clocks in at a respectable 0 to 60 in seven seconds.
