I bought this BMW from an insurance company in Memphis water damaged. I spoke with the original owner and he says he had it in storage during he spring flood and water got up about 2' on it. We flushed the engine and transmission, drained the gas, put on a new battery and she fired right up. I rode it a couple days and it ran great. Next time I tried to start it, gas just poured out of the air cleaner! I assume it is a injector stuck, but I have had enough. It takes an act of congress just to take the plastic off to get to anything! If you want to do a little tinkering and have a great bike just in time for summer, this is it. I am ready to turn it into money!! I originally had this bike listed at $4500, Now I will take $3000!!! This bike has a good Tennessee Title.
