It has a fresh water capacity of 64 gals., a grey water capacity of 80 gals., and a black water capacity of 40 gals. This unit has three power slideouts to include a super slide in the living area, a slide in the dining area, and a slide in the master bedroom. It has a large 18 foot awning over the entryway. A Carrier central ducted A/C system cools this unit in the summer. Inside this luxurious fifth wheel is a very clean interior with warm hardwood cabinetry and Corian countertops. The kitchen area has a full refrigerator, a gas range, microwave oven, a large sink surrounded by plenty of counter space. The relaxing living area has two recliners and a full size sleeper sofa in front of a gas furnace fireplace. The dining area has four seperate chairs around the hardwood table. Stepping up into the master bedroom there is a spacious bath area complete with a skylit shower. A queen size bed is surrounded by warm hardwood cabinetry. All systems in this coach are in good working order. We are in the process of replacing the fabric in the awning because it was torn. There is a small spot of damage (approx. 4) in the rear face of the coach that has been repaired. The tires are in good condition with no signs of drying or cracking.
